Well, we're down to 6 days! YIKES!! We are trying trying in vain to change our hotel rooms in Tianjin, as the ones we have are wicked expensive and are very far away from any of the attractions, has no pool and is NOT kid friendly! It is a business hotel. What a shocker it will be for them to see the Dolan gang arrive!! LOL

I think I've got almost everything together, I am waiting till Friday to pack and lock the luggage. I am saying lock because the big girls will try to wear something out of them!!LOL

We have 3 carry ons that the 6 of us will share for the flights (with games, snacks and books) and the 2 older girls have 1 carry on each to check with their clothes, and Frank and I each have a med suitcase, I'm sharing with Lily and Frank is sharing with Hanlin. Not bad, compared to last time!!
I need a book suggestion... I would like to read something like "Peony in Love" or "Balzac and the little Seamstress"... I would love some suggestions...

We are getting to see lots of things in Tianjin. Including this:
The girls are very excited to go on it...me...not so much!! LOL It goes 120 m in the air! Each "capsule" carries 8 people.
We are also taking a boat tour down the Hai River and visiting the Dabeiyuan Monastery.
Now all we need is a place to stay..........hmmm Maybe the monks will have a spare room?

Well, we have a bit more information ....
We know we are staying at the following places:

In Tianjin:

Tianjin Hopeway Business Hotel

and in Beijing:

Best Western Premier Beijing

We have requested a suite with 2 extra cots, but still are short on beds for 2 of the kids! LOL
The kids are great sports, and have slept on chairs in hotels before, (not because there wasn't room for them, but because they thought it was neat!) so I'm not at all worried about it.

I think I'm almost ready for the trip. I have photo copies to make of all the paperwork, and extra passport photos, the carry on luggage is almost all packed, now it is the "main" luggage to pack. Not sure what size of suitcases to pack, we want to go as light as possible, so the kids can carry their own. I also need an empty one for Hanin's things.

I don't know if I'm just being dumb or if I have a "what ever" attitude, but this time around is so much easier and less stressful even with the extra 3 kids!

I haven't put anything new on the walls, I checked tonight and he likes cats and dogs and he has been imitating a bus driver! So cute!

We're home, we're busy, we're panicked!
We are now only 27 days away from leaving!!!

We spent all day/night yesterday with friends moving things around from room to room.
Abigail is now in her own bedroom, Isabelle and Lily have all their clothing moved into their new rooms, and today we are moving the beds.
We also moved the TV, stand, couch etc.. into the playroom downstairs, which is now the Den!

I still have to get needles for everyone, luggage and packing done!!!!!!!!!
Arrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
