Here is the Drum Tower, that they wouldn't let us in and they wouldn't let buy a ticket. It was one of those "Drum tower"? Yes yes Drum Tower! Buy Ticket? NO NO. ????
Then they just started to ignore us! LOL

Here is a fellow making Isabelle her scroll with her name. They each got one. they are the most beautful ones I've seen.
The girls decided to put on a "show" for us! Too funny!!

The girls buying some necklaces.
Getting a lesson on how to play the ARHU? I think I got a lesson on how to sound like your killing a cat! LOL

I thought the girls were going to die laughing at me! Lily kept her hands over her ears.
This instrument is played in the Beijing Opera. It is a very old instrument.
When played right it is very melodic.

The weather has been fantastic, although the smog is sooo bad, my pictures are actually turning out cloudy. It is about 31 everyday and very humid.
Today Cheryl and Barb are going to visit some hutongs that are scheduled to be torn down.
We'll be heading to some in Beijing, so instead we are going to visit the monestDabeiyuan Monastery.
Monday is the adoption day. We are all very excited. We then stay for a few more days in tianjin to complete some paper work and we head off to Beijing on Friday night. We don't get home to Fred till Sept 19th at midnight.

We are off to breakfast now. We seem to be get our bodies adjuted to the time change. Took much longer than last time. I suppose with 3 sick kids it would take longer.

Hey Matante Krista (and Cheryl and Barbie)!
This is your favorite 15 year old niece here!
I was wondering if you could tell the cousins I'm extremely jealous and I hope they're having fun.
And tell Hanlin his new cousins says "Hi".
Have fun!
